Abstract

The concept of thinking is considered across different psychological traditions, and Relational Frame Theory (RFT) is presented as a modern approach to language and thinking that has attempted to provide a behavioral account of thinking as relational behavior. Within this conceptual framework, a preliminary study is presented that is aimed to use the "silent dog" methodology in order to study the effect of thinking on human behavior.
