Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness-based behavioral therapy that incorporates a combination of mindfulness, experiential exercises, and values-guided behavioral interventions that allow clients to develop psychological flexibility and take effective actions guided by their deepest values.
