This program is designed for the resocialization of sentenced prisoners and consists of 12 practical sessions . Through exercises, discussions, and role-playing games based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tools, participants learn to manage emotions and impulsive behavior, overcome internal barriers, and step out of the "prisoner" role . The ultimate goal of the program is to help them clarify their values, draft a concrete action plan for life after release, and successfully integrate into society while avoiding recidivism .
