Psychological Work Program for the Resocialization of Convicts

Psychological Work Program for the Resocialization of Convicts
This program is designed for the resocialization of sentenced prisoners and consists of 12 practical sessions. Through exercises, discussions, and role-playing games based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tools, participants learn to manage emotions and impulsive behavior, overcome internal barriers, and step out of the "prisoner" role. The ultimate goal of the program is to help them clarify their values, draft a concrete action plan for life after release, and successfully integrate into society while avoiding recidivism.
