Post-Doctoral Fellowship Position at Sharp HealthCare in the COG/DBT IOP Programs

At Sharp HealthCare, we're proud to have offered professional training in clinical psychology for nearly two decades. Our postdoctoral fellowship in clinical psychology provides fast-paced, intensive, experiential learning; seminars; and ample individual and group supervision in a practitioner-scholar training model. Our fellowship program fulfills the licensure requirements for postdoctoral supervised practice in California. At Sharp, we're proud to offer our fellows a competitive salary and benefits package.

The COG/DBT IOP fellow will receive six months of specialized training in COG-IOP and six months of specialized training in DBT-informed IOP. COG/DBT fellows will lead psychoeducation and process groups, conduct individual therapy sessions, participate in treatment team meetings, supervise interns or advanced doctoral students, conduct comprehensive intake evaluations, and perform case management for their caseload. Our COG-IOP and DBT-IOP programs have served patients for 20+ years. Our newest expansion to this program is a Spanish-language COG-IOP.
