The Center for Emotional Health of Greater Philadelphia (CEH) invites
applications for postdoctoral fellowship program beginning Summer/Fall 2018.

CEH is an outpatient psychological services center specialized in the
evidence-based assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive
compulsive and related disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders located
in Cherry Hill and Princeton, New Jersey. CEH is comprised of a select
group of highly skilled clinicians who have been intensively trained in
evidence-based therapies (CBT, E/RP, HRT, ComB, CBIT, ACT, DBT, PCIT) and
who have obtained specialized training in treating the specific populations
served. CEH has a collegial, collaborative, and stimulating environment and
offers opportunity for comprehensive training and supervision in our areas
of expertise.

(1) The Postdoctoral Fellowship in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and
Anxiety Disorders/Obsessive Compulsive and Related Disorders will emphasize
the implementation of evidence-based psychotherapy with children,
adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide-range of concerns within the
spectrums of anxiety, obsessive compulsive and related disorders, and tic
disorders. Primary responsibilities will include individual, family, and
group therapies and support group facilitation. Participation in
specialized external trainings/conferences, collaboration in the
development and delivery of professional workshops, and professional
contributions to specialized advocacy organizations are also part of the
experience. Fellows receive several hours of individual and group
supervision per week, coupled with participation in a weekly consultation
team meeting. The Fellow will be placed in both Cherry Hill and Princeton
locations, with some flexibility in schedule. Successful fellows will have
the opportunity to continue their experience at CEH beyond licensure.

Qualifications: PhD or PsyD,in clinical psychology and completion of an
APA-accredited internship program. Candidates should possess a strong
foundation in conducting CBT with children, adolescents, adults and
families. Additional experience or interest in working with anxiety
disorders and obsessive compulsive and related disorders is highly

(2) The Postdoctoral Fellowship in Assessment and Evidence-Based
Interventions in Clinical Child/School Psychology in the CEH FamilyCare
center will emphasize the psychoeducational assessment of school-aged
children and evidence-based interventions for ADHD, disruptive behavior
disorders, and maladaptive family interaction patterns. Primary
responsibilities will include psychoeducational testing, comprehensive
report writing, and school consultation as well as individual, family and
group therapies. The development and implementation of psychoeducational
workshops, and participation in specialized external trainings/conferences
are also part of the experience. Fellows receive several hours of
individual supervision per week, coupled with participation in a weekly
consultation team meeting. The Fellow will be placed in the Cherry Hill
location, with some flexibility in schedule. Successful fellows will have
the opportunity to continue their experience at CEH beyond licensure.

Qualifications: PhD, PsyD, or EdD in clinical child psychology and/or
school psychology, having trained in a cognitive-behavioral theoretical
orientation, and completion of an APA-accredited internship program. Dual
degree candidates are preferred. Successful candidates will have experience
in providing psychological and educational assessment (age range: 4 – young
adult) and will have knowledge and experience providing evidence-based
behavioral interventions. Candidates should be trained to provide cognitive
and achievement testing and to conduct clinical interviewing. Experience
in school settings preferred. Experience with therapeutic interventions for
behavioral disorders also preferred. Must have excellent writing skills and
strong social skills when interacting with children and parents. CEH offers
