The Asian Culture and CBS SIG Committee is excited to bring to you the AsiaFlex Dialogue and Exchange virtual meeting series. Objectives of the Asiaflex Dialogue and Exchange series are to facilitate learning and sharing of ACT and CBS clinical skills and research with a special interest in Asian cultures. Six meetings will be held online once a month from October 2022 to March 2023.
Each meeting will have a focus on one ACT core process (e.g. defusion, acceptance). Special topics such as end of year celebration, submission to 2023 ACBS WorldCon will be brought up along the way. Prof. Kenneth Fung, ACBS Fellow, will preside over the meetings. We have invited clinicians and researchers from various Asian cultural background (e.g. China & Hong Kong, Japanese, Korean, Asians in North America) to share their work. Interesting facets of the presenters' culture e.g. food, music or sightseeing spots will be covered as well!
All ACBS members are invited to attend.
