2 Day ACT Introduction - North Wales

The training is for professionals interested in learning about ACT and using ACT in their work. You may already be familiar with other psychological therapies e.g. cognitive behavioural therapy and want to broaden your skill set to include ACT.  No previous knowledge of ACT is necessary to attend the training. The training is open to people with professional qualifications.  The training will not lead to a specific qualification.
