In this experiential, discussion-based salon, we’ll explore how social narratives around body image, control, patriarchy and health shape our eating behaviours in powerful but sometimes invisible ways.
We’ll reflect on weight stigma and appearance-based social expectations, and how these show up in our personal and professional lives, often leading to a disconnection from our values. This session aims to highlight the impact of the broader context we’re all living and working in, and to open space for more compassionate understanding of our relationship with our bodies.
