Applications Open

I am now accepting applications for the September 2025 cohort of the Advanced ACT Coaching Programme (Adv-ACT)

What is the Adv-ACT?

A Step-by-step six-month coaching programme that builds your knowledge and skills, improves outcomes and gives you the confidence to work with complexity.

My goal is to help you become a highly skilled ACT Therapist.

For full details, please click here.

Brief Overview:

Here is what to expect:

  • Six Months of Group Coaching following the 9-Step Programme

  • Video Lessons & Syllabus materials.

  • (Almost) Weekly Group Practice: every 3 out of 4 weeks per month.

  • Unlimited 1:1 Support from me; book as many 15-minute sessions as possible.

  • Peer support from fellow programme participants

  • Access to the Openforwards ACT Practitioners Community

  • Limited to Five People per month

Video Lessons

Each week, you will get access to a new lesson. You can complete it anytime during the week to suit your timetable. Each lesson aims to teach you an integration of the head, hands and heart of ACT. In other words, they’ll be a bit of theory, a practical exercise and personal reflections.

Weekly Support (Almost)

We'll get together as a small group for three out of four weeks in the month. Our focus will depend on what we learn that week, including Q & A, Demonstrations and Small Group Role-Play.

Group Sessions will take place on Fridays between 2 and 3 pm BST/GMT.

Unlimited Support

You’ll have ongoing support from me. You can book as many 1:1 calls with me as you like. Many issues can be resolved in a short 15-minute session. However, if we need longer, we can do that too.

Plus, you’ll get support from your peers on the programme and those in the larger ACT Practitioners Community.

How do I apply?
  1. First, check if the programme is a good fit by carefully reading the information above.
  2. Book a non-obligation Discovery Call so I can get to know your practice, walk you through the process, answer your questions, and together, we’ll determine if we're a good fit.
