Galia Tanay, Phd, is a therapist, supervisor, and researcher specializing in mindfulness-based therapy with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With over a decade of experience, she has taught mindfulness-based approaches, trained, and supervised therapists, medical professionals, and diverse other populations. Galia has published numerous scientific articles and book chapters in the field of mindfulness-based therapy.
A long term yoga and meditation teacher, Galia has practiced intensively in traditional Buddhist centers and has been leading meditation and yoga retreats for the past 15 years. She is also dedicated to creative artistic projects as a musician, vocal artist, and writer, believing that creativity is essential to finding freedom and inner peace.
Her rich and diverse background, coupled with her creative use of various methods, enables Galia to craft meaningful and transformative learning experiences, both personally and professionally.
