ACT/CBS Background and Training: Attended AAbt in Vancouver world conference Quite a few years ago and heard a wonderful talk with Hayes, Marlette, and Beck in a very small room. I was intrigued and started reading The research. I was in graduate school. I read RFT, the book probably 10 times because I used it in my dissertation. I’ve been doing act for a A long time and cannot really remember how it involved. I had been doing yoga and meditation earlier in my life, so it was not unfamiliar to me. It was a good fit in my life and in my work. I attended the world conference in Reno back and I don’t know 2012 something like that. All of my act training has been on my own other than the workshops that I attended At the latter conference. i’ve been a member of AC CBS from wayback But I’ve lost track of that membership of the last few years.
