ACT/CBS Background and Training: I am a Social Worker, hold a Grad Dip in Adolescent Health and Welfare and a Master in Counselling. I have studied in Germany and Australia. CBT, Systemic Therapy, Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy and lots of ACT ! and worked in Mental Health (Refugees/Asylum Seeker, AIDS Council) and Private Practice since more than 20 years. Always felt that CBT is 'not enough', 'not good enough' and discovered ACT. I am using it since 15 years and attended various workshops, conferences and training. Areas of expertice and interest: trauma, sexual abuse, self esteem, depression&anxiety, grief&loss. Now focusing on sharing knowledge and expertise as Clinical Supervisor.
