Additional Information: I'm a coach using ACT and CFT features in my practice. I'm originally a journalist and nowadays working as a business consultant and a coach. I received partial training in A & O Psychology (masters level) and did a formal traineeship in Coaching. Obtaining an EMCC EIA at Practioner Level later this year. I'm not a therapist.
