Join the AZACBS Book Club for Pt. 3 of A Liberated Mind by Dr. Steven Hayes! Dr. Hayes is an originator of ACT and prominent contextual behavioral researcher. More than just a self-help book, it covers the foundations of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, details contextual behaviorism in action, and includes tools and techniques for change.

We will be reading in 3 parts, we are on Pt. 3, focusing on applying ACT processes to different areas of our experience. We are meeting at the Tempe Public Library study rooms, 3500 S. Rural Rd. Tempe, AZ on Sept. 11th at 11:00am.

Serie Debate (Argentina Chapter)

Volvemos este año a encontrarnos y la propuesta es Serie Debate.

La serie será vista con anterioridad, cada uno a su ritmo, por ello la fecha de encuentro está fijada en Septiembre (así tenés tiempo de mirarla).

MEJORES QUE NOSOTROS es un serie rusa disponible en Netflix con la que abriremos el debate en torno a las tecnologías, la IA, cómo posicionarnos, qué discusiones tienen sentido, cómo vemos la inteligencia, la consciencia, el aprendizaje y, los temas que siempre emergen cuando nos juntamos en estos espacios!
