In each issue we include a summary of clinically-relevant research along with announcing upcoming events. We'll try to include any ACT trainings we know about in the area, whether they are done by us or any other ACT trainers. This newsletter is a convenient way to learn about local ACT trainings in the Pacific Northwest. The newsletter is published approximately every two months, so volume will be low, and unsubscribing is as easy as clicking a button if you decide later you want to be removed.
