Abstract

هدف این پژوهش، بررسیاثربخشی آموزش مبتنی برپذیرش و تعهد(ACT) بر علائم جسمانی،انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختیو سلامت اجتماعیبیماران مبتلا به پسوریازیسبود. طرح پژوهش آزمایشیاز نوع پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمونبا گروه کنترلو پیگیری یک‌ماهه بود. 30 نفراز افراد مبتلابه بیماری پوستیپسوریازیس مراجعه‌کننده بهکلینیک بیماری‌های پوستیو گرمسیری صدیقهطاهره در شهراصفهان انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی دردو گروه 15 نفره (آزمایش و کنترل) گمارده شدند. به‌منظوربررسی علائم جسمانی ازشاخص شدت و سطحپسوریازیس ((PASI، برایبررسی انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی از پرسشنامهپذیرش و عملنسخه دوم ((AAQ_II و برایبررسی سلامت اجتماعی ازپرسشنامۀ سلامت اجتماعی کییز (Keys, 2004) استفاده شد. نتایج نشانداد، آموزش مبتنی برپذیرش و تعهدبر بهبود علائمجسمانی، انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی و سلامتاجتماعی بیماران مبتلا بهپسوریازیس مؤثر است (05/0≥P). درمجموعمی‌توان گفتآموزش مبتنی بر پذیرشو تعهد به‌عنوان مداخله‌ایمؤثر بر بهبودعلائم جسمانی، انعطاف‌پذیریروان‌شناختی و سلامتاجتماعی بیماران مبتلا بهپسوریازیس مورد استفاده قرارگیرد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) on physical symptoms, psychological flexibility and social health of patients with psoriasis. The design of the study was experimental with a pretest-posttest design with control and one-month follow-up. Thirty people with psoriatic who were referred to skin diseases Clinic of Sedigheh Tahereh in Isfahan were randomly chosen and assigned to two groups of 15 (experimental and control groups). In order to assess the physical symptoms, psychological flexibility and social health, Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI), Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ-II) and Keys' Social Health Questionnaire (2004) were used respectively. The results showed that acceptance and commitment therapy was effective in improving physical symptoms, psychological flexibility and social health of patients with psoriasis (P≤0.05). In sum, acceptance and commitment therapy can be used as an effective intervention for the improvement of physical symptoms, psychosocial flexibility and social health of patients with psoriasis.
