An in-person, participant-organised, ACT-themed unconference-style event located in the beautiful Catalan countryside one hour away from Barcelona. The event will feature a mix of scheduled, participant-presented workshops and open space sessions exploring ACT and applications of Contextual Behavioural Science. The focus will be on sharing experiences and practices rather than formal teaching. During these days we will live together as a temporary community and throughout the organising and running of the event we will apply ACT psychological flexibility processes to move towards collective values-based action. You can expect to meet and connect with like minded people and share inspiring and stimulating discussions, while enjoying beautiful surroundings and experiences.
