Congratulations to Johannes Freymann on being selected as the Student Spotlight Award winner for March 2025!
Originally from Germany, Johannes’ journey in psychology began with a volunteer year in Sri Lanka, shaping his passion for mental health. His studies took him across Europe, from Germany to Lithuania, Italy, and Cyprus, where he explored ACT-based interventions and psychological flexibility in diverse populations. Now training as a psychotherapist specializing in ACT, Johannes is developing a DNA-V guide for teachers and students while actively contributing to EFPSA and the MIND Foundation. Looking ahead, he plans to continue his licensure training, promote DNA-V at conferences, and pursue a PhD to advance CBS research in the German-speaking community!
