The library includes:
• Over 4 hours of video demonstrations covering key therapeutic processes, including openness/willingness, cognitive defusion, present-moment awareness, perspective-taking, values, and commitment
• Step-by-step modelling of in-session interventions
• Opportunities for students to observe therapy in action—something that is often difficult to access and frequently requested
• Material suitable for teaching, supervision, and between-session learning

Note for supervisors: The video library is a useful resource option to complement your supervision practice. Supervisors can recommend relevant videos for supervisees to view between sessions, helping to reinforce discussions and support ongoing skill development.

With over 40 years of clinical work, training, and supervision embedded, The ACT Skills Therapy Demonstration Library is a curated collection of real-time, role-play therapy sessions designed to help therapists, students or supervisees see and hear how ACT can be applied in practice — not just in theory.
