A Process-Based Approach to OCD: Integrating ACT and ERP

This workshop will explore a process-based approach to the treatment of OCD. 

Participants will learn to: 

1. Interpret OCD presentations using the framework of functional contextualism
2. Describe functional analysis and demonstrate its use as a guiding strategy for exposure based interventions
3. Demonstrate the application of the six core processes of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
