Contextually Speaking presented by ACBS SHHP SIG

hello all,

We have found a cool guest speaker,  Dr. Holger Hoffmann for our SIG monthly meeting "Contextually Speaking" on November 5th at 10 am EST.
He has nicely shown his willingness to do so.

Holger is based in Berlin, Germany. His main focus is working with several national teams to prepare them for international competitions such as the Olympics, Paralympics, World- and European Championships.

With a PhD in Sports Psychology and his own personal experience as a former Water polo Goalie for team Germany and a variety of coaching roles in several different sports over the years (Water polo, Martial Arts, Snowboarding, Beach Volleyball).  He now helps Elite Sports Teams in training their mental flexibility.

What he's planning to present is:
"Focus & Mindfulness in Elite Sports: A hands-on workshop in social meditation".

We will definitely learn the interesting subject from him experientially.
