Following a brief hiatus after the ACBS World Conference, we’re looking forward to reconvening our Brief Intervention SIG meetings this fall.

For this meeting, we’ll hold an open consultation session focused on brief intervention practice. Members are invited to bring a clinical case, a question or challenge related to ACT/FACT or other contextual behavioral approaches within brief intervention work, an intervention or approach they are developing, or another issue they would like to think through with the group.
No formal preparation is needed. We hope this will be an informal and collaborative opportunity to share ideas, learn from one another, and explore the application of contextual behavioral approaches within brief interventions.
