Registration is open for an immersive, experiential retreat based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused approaches, taking place on September 25th at Green Gulch Farm. The day will center on a curated sequence of experiential ACT, compassion-focused, and nature-based mindfulness practices, interspersed with personal reflection, dyad work, and group dialogue. 5 CEs are available for RNs, LEPs, MFTs, Psychologists, LCSWs, and LPCCs.
