We are excited to invite you to an upcoming ACT/RFT in ABA SIG workshop led by Sophie Steele, MA, BCBA, IBA.
Sophie Steele is a behavior analyst, tutor, and practitioner trainer specializing in assessing, designing, and delivering Relational Frame Theory (RFT)-based instruction through one-to-one work with her clients. Through her work with Compassionate Behavior Analysis, she supports practitioners in learning how to deliver low-dose, high-impact services across the lifespan.
In this 90-minute interactive workshop, Sophie will guide participants through practical applications of RFT in one-to-one and naturalistic teaching contexts. The session will explore multiple exemplar instruction, fluency-based teaching, instructional design processes, and the precision teaching system of measurement as tools for building generative language repertoires.
Drawing from her professional experience, Sophie will also discuss how these methods can support behavior analysts in catalyzing meaningful growth. Time will be included for questions, discussion, and practice.
