Topic: The Art of Flexibility: A Low-Intensity Framework for Creative ACT (The use of immersive art exhibitions)
Abstract: As the demand for accessible mental health support grows, low-intensity interventions are essential. This presentation demonstrates how immersive arts can serve as a vehicle for ACT processes. We will discuss the practicalities of combining creative expression with the Hexaflex, offering a unique approach to help clients visualize and inhabit their values outside the traditional clinical hour.

Topic: Double Impact: A Framework for Effective Collaboration in Co-Led ACT
Abstract: How does a co-therapy team amplify effectiveness? Based on reflexive thematic analysis, this presentation outlines a sequential model for co-leadership. We will examine how one therapist builds the theoretical framework while the other provides real-time experiential confrontations. Attendees will leave with a clear pedagogical model for training therapy teams to work in sync, transforming the co-therapy relationship into a potent intervention itself.
