With over 30 years of clinical and consulting experience, she specializes in making RFT accessible and practical for working practitioners — particularly in the areas of early and generative language development, psychological flexibility in therapeutic and organizational contexts, and contextual behavioral assessment.
Siri co-founded Constellations (www.weareconstellations.com), a training platform and community of practice for behavior analysts and contextual behavioral scientists, offering courses, a practitioner lab, and ongoing professional development grounded in CBS principles. She also teaches graduate-level coursework at Ball State University.
She is co-author of "Understanding and Applying Relational Frame Theory", "Using RFT to Promote Generative Language", and "Finding Your Why and Finding Your Way", as well as numerous peer-reviewed publications on RFT, ACT, verbal behavior, and early language intervention.
