ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have received extensive training in ACT, including workshops and supervision. Over the past decade, I have been facilitating ACT for adolescents in group and individual formats, and work with adults individually. I am actively involved in training other professionals through workshops and webinars. I co-wrote my first book for clinicians, "ACT for Adolescents,"with Mary Bell. Our second book was released in October 2018, co-authored with Chris McCurry, this time a self help book for teens who struggle with anxiety. As of June 2018, I was successful in meeting the requirements for Peer Reviewed ACT Trainer. I am offering online individual and group therapy. In keeping with requirements of my professional College, I provide therapy to patients who live in Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Quebec, Canada. However, my self-help recorded course for teens and young adults is available for purchase through my website (lifeinbalancetherapy.ca), for anyone, living anywhere!
