ACT/CBS Background and Training: ACT has been my primary approach for over 15 years now. I have extensive training in ACT and related contextual behavioral therapies (e.g., FAP, RFT). I participate regularly in an ACT Peer Consultation group, and I am a perennial student of contextual behavioral therapies.
In addition to my clinical work, I am an ACBS Peer Reviewed ACT trainer. I conduct workshops on ACT, and I consult with clinicians new to the model.
I do a lot of service work for ACBS - a community about which I am passionate. I am always happy to consult on matters of community building in ACBS. I am committed to disseminating ACT and contextual behavioral therapies to providers in my region and around the world.
