ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have extensively specialized in Contextual Behavioral Sciences over the last several years. My background includes formal training and advanced clinical application in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Activation (BA), and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP). A major milestone in my CBS journey is becoming the only certified FAP Trainer in Peru. Additionally, I contribute to the dissemination of CBS through academic research and teaching, having authored two scientific articles and a book chapter focused on FAP.
