I work with children, teens, and adults, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with other evidence-based approaches to support healing from eating disorders, depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma.

I’ve also volunteered with the nonprofit organization Commit and Act, using Prosocial principles to support women in Africa through a girls' shelter and counseling center. Last year, I launched a project in Colombia through Commit and Act, focused on empowering women who are survivors of domestic violence.
