ACT/CBS Background and Training: I'm both an ACT clinician and researcher, as well as a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa. I trained with Dr. Frédérick Dionne, Ph.D., professor at l'Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and ACT peer-reviewed trainer. I'm currently doing research on ACT for chronic pain while also offering acceptance and mindfulness-based psychological services virtually in private practice.
