ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have both clinical and research experience in ACT. I trained with Dr. Frédérick Dionne, Ph.D., professor at l'Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and ACT peer-reviewed trainer. My Ph.D. thesis was on ACT for chronic pain, and it is a modality that I use in my private practice. I attended ACBS World Conferences from 2015-2018, in 2022 and again in 2026.
