ACT/CBS Background and Training: MY CBS journey began by attending an introductory ACT workshop at a professional conference in 2008. I knew immediately I had found my niche. Since that time, I've attended numerous trainings, participate in consultation groups, and continue to read any and everything CBS focused. I have also presented introductory ACT and CFT workshops at local and national conferences, and had the honor of presenting at an ACBS World Con in Dublin, Ireland.
ACT/CBS Experience: I integrate ACT and CFT into individual counseling, group work, and clincial supervision.
