ACT/CBS Background and Training: Post Doc: My post doctoral mentor was Professor Frank Bond and together we co-created ALIVE.

PhD: During my PhD I was supervised by Professor Louise McHugh, and was a member of UCD's contextual Behavioural Science lab. I learned a lot about CBS, RFT, and ACT from Louise and other members of the lab such as Dr. Varsha Eswara Murthy, Dr. Lynn Farrell and Dr. Martin O' Connor.

Undergraduate: I first learned about CBS in an advanced RFT module option run by Dr. Ian Stewart at the National University of Ireland, Galway. This experience fuelled my interest in CBS and lead me to pursue it further in all of my research and work since!

Applied Training: I completed a year long advanced ACT course with speakers such as Louise McHugh, Lisa Coyne, and Kirk Stroshal.

Additionally in my role as an assistant psychologist, I learned from many workshop delivered by ACT experts over those 3.5 years and helped deliver many ACT workshops, exercises, and ACT consultation groups under the supervision of Counselling Psychologists Dr. Sean O'Connell and Aisling Curtin (ACT Trainer).
ACT/CBS Experience: I have been involved in designing and delivering CBS interventions for community groups and organisational/high performance environments.
