ACT/CBS Background and Training: Licensed Counselor and Behavior Analyst (LCPC, LBA) - Initially trained in 2008, I have been developing my ACT skills via education, training, and application ever since!

I earned a Master of Arts degree in 2011 in Clinical Psychology with specializations in Applied Behavior Analysis and Counseling. Since then, I have developed extensive experience working with adolescents and adults within a neurodiverse community. With a foundation in Contextual Behavior Science, I began Behavioral Learning in 2020, a clinical behavior analytic organization focused on helping individuals, families, and supervisees develop psychological flexibility and ultimately live a life they value. Professionally, my experience over the past 15+ years is expansive, as a graduate level instructor, community mental health provider, school therapist, behavior health clinician and counselor, supervisor, and invited speaker.
ACT/CBS Experience: As founder of a neuroaffirming learning center and outpatient counseling practice, we utiilze ACT concepts and principles, including the DNA-V model, to help clients live full meaning lives.
