ACT/CBS Background and Training: I first became interested in ACT in 2009 and at that time completed introductory and advanced training. Since then I have used ACT with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I have also completed many workshops in RFT, CFT FAP, and attend ongoing ACT/CBS professional development and supervision. I provide supervision and training in ACT and DNA-v.

Additional Information: I am an AHPRA endorsed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience working systemically with families in a range of settings, including those with children involved in the justice system; survivors of abuse; perinatal mental health; and families raising children with complex needs.

I am the founding director of Co-Parenting Companion, an evidence-based, child-focused co-parenting service. I support separated parents in raising children across two homes with integrity, empathy, and practical guidance. My work leverages frameworks like ACT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and ProSocial principles. Based in Western Australia, I believe in providing healthy ways for parents to leave unhealthy relationships, fostering two-home-family unity and resilience.
