ACT/CBS Background and Training: I am privileged to represent the Southern California ACT community as the 2022 Past President of the ACBS Southern California Chapter board. I have thoroughly enjoyed my board experience in growing the ACT peer community in the Southern California area through educational and social connections. I have attended multiple ACT/ACBS trainings and a constant seeker of intellectual and wisdom based knowledge for personal and professional development. My passion is to integrate ACT with compassion-focused therapies and processes in my clinical work to help alleviate human suffering.
ACT/CBS Experience: I integrate ACT in my work in private practice, as well as provide consultation for ACT clinical work.
Additional Information: I have a full time hybrid private practice working individually with adults in West Los Angeles, CA. I incorporate Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and ACT-based treatment approaches in my therapeutic work with clients. I have found these three treatment approaches work compatibly together to care for the whole person to enhance awareness to support whole-hearted and balanced living.
