Additional Information: I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State, with a specialization in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored specifically for women. My training has equipped me with a deep understanding of contextual and behavioral sciences, including Mindfulness, Relational Frame Theory (RFT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Functional Contextualism (FC). My practice is a blend of these disciplines, enhanced by techniques from behavioral activation, trauma therapy, and insights derived from shame resilience theory, social justice, and feminist theory.

In my commitment to empowering women, I offer specialized therapy in Body Acceptance and support for those dealing with Life-Disrupting Medical Conditions. I strive to guide my clients through the challenges of societal and self-imposed limitations towards a path of self-acceptance, mental freedom, and authentic living. My work is dedicated to helping women navigate their mental health journey with compassion, mindfulness, and an unwavering belief in their potential for an empowered, liberated life rooted in joy, purpose, and authenticity.
