Additional Information: Essentially, my life and work with people is informed by my desire to understand the nature of our minds, to reduce stress and suffering and to cultivate joy and flexibility. My neurosciences training, Buddhist study and meditation practice as well as training in western psychotherapy have been aimed at fulfilling those goals. My website describes my philosophy and approach in more detail.
