ACT/CBS Background and Training: I studied relational frame therapy as an undergraduate and worked with a UK act therapist from my first post as an Assistant Psychologist in 1994. I have supervised research into ACT and have published papers and chapters about ACT as an academic and practitioner psychologist. I have done a number of ACT workshops with Kelly Wilson, Steven Hayes and a three day workshop in Birmingham as an advance practitioner. My mentor is Prof Chris Cullen.

Additional Information: I am interested in developing meaningful relationships with people who are requesting psychological support. I have worked for Staffordshire and Keele University teaching acceptance approaches to trainee psychologists. In practise I work independently and enjoy working with people to see the value in their lives.
