ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have specialized in mindfulness, acceptance and compassion focused therapies, particularly ACT and Compassion Focused Therapy. I run a group clinical practice in NYC, and train therapists in these methods. We offer therapy by videoconference. Also have published several books, articles, and chapters on compassion, mindfulness and acceptance in psychotherapy. Maintain a global presence conducting trainings in person and online. Raise awareness of compassion in mental health through social media.
