ACT/CBS Background and Training: I was introduced to ACT while completing my pre-doctoral internship in clinical psychology at the VAMC Northampton, Massachusetts in 2006 and 2007. I received didactic instruction and clinical supervision as I began to use ACT. Since completing my degree I have attended ACT seminars and trainings with Russ Harris, Steven Hayes, and Richard Blonna. I continue to use ACT in my clinical practice as I seek out further training and consultation opportunities.
