Additional Information: If you have been told your whole life to just try harder or stay focused, I want you to know that you are not lazy. You are just tired of trying harder for a world that wasn't built for your brain, fighting a daily battle to do things that look so easy for everyone else. Maybe it’s the exhaustion of always running behind and procrastinating. Maybe it’s that daily fight with your brain to avoid binging that TV show and finally start working on that assignment. You likely know exactly what you need to do, but you just can’t get yourself to do it. I work with men who are struggling with the daily impact of their ADHD & Anxiety.

I was that 8-year-old kid bouncing off the walls and causing trouble due to impulsive behaviours. Living with ADHD every day for decades taught me how to better regulate my emotions, notice the tricks my mind plays on me, adapt to life with my brain, and utilize systems to keep me focused & motivated. I bring those exact tools to our work.

In our sessions we will explore how the ADHD brain works, how your mind influences your actions, and find a way to work with your mind. I have spent decades in the trenches gathering the exact tools, lifestyle adjustments, and system shifts that allowed me to train my mind, face my feelings, & find hope.
