ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have completed a comprehensive coaching education at CIVAS, specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Transactional Analysis (TA). This multifaceted training provides the foundation for my coaching practice, Raidho Coaching Solutions.
My professional background is centered on applying ACT as a core framework for neurodivergent coaching. I focus on helping clients navigate unmasking and psychological flexibility (finding 'room in the mind'). I am committed to the ongoing study and application of Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS) to better support the neurodivergent community.

ACT/CBS Experience: Founder of Raidho Coaching Solutions. Specialized in ACT-based coaching for neurodivergent (AuDHD) individuals. Expert in unmasking, managing RSD/PDA, and creating 'room in the mind' through psychological flexibility.
Additional Information: As a neurodivergent individual who has experienced the challenges of masking in a high-paced world, I found that ACT drastically changed my life. It allowed me to coexist with my RSD and PDA, helping me find the mental space to simply be myself. This transformative experience inspired me to devote myself to studying ACT so I can support others on similar paths. My focus is coaching people toward self-acceptance, moving away from the constant feeling of 'not being good enough' and toward a life of authenticity.
