ACT/CBS Background and Training: ACT/EMDR Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in neurodivergent individuals and families. I graduated from Alliant University in 2024 and became an Associate MFT in the same year. I completed EMDR training in 2025 under Phillip Manfield.

Since beginning clinical work in 2023 as a CBT-oriented therapist, I have integrated ACT-informed techniques throughout my practice, and fully transitioned into an ACT-centered approach in early 2025. My clinical work emphasizes the relationship between values, self-experience, and relational history; particularly how disrupted or unsupported relationships can interfere with a person’s ability to live in alignment with their values. EMDR serves as a key modality in addressing these barriers by targeting the underlying experiential blocks that limit values-based action.

Alongside clinical work, I’ve had ongoing opportunities to explore values-based and self-expressive work through chess and international community engagement, including work with Chess in Slums Africa and participation in the Mechanics' Institute Chess Club.
Additional Information: Located in Roseville/Vacaville, California.
