ACT/CBS Background and Training: I am a brief therapy practitioner with a primary focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and contextual behavioral science (CBS).
My work is informed by ongoing training in ACT processes (psychological flexibility, values-based action, cognitive defusion, and acceptance), as well as compassion-based approaches and mindfulness practices.
I have completed multiple professional trainings in ACT, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and neuroscience-informed approaches to emotional regulation and chronic pain (PRT).
I am an active member of ACBS and continuously deepen my understanding of CBS through professional learning, clinical application, and supervision-informed practice.

ACT/CBS Experience: I apply ACT to support psychological flexibility in adults with chronic pain, anxiety, and neurodivergent profiles, in both individual and group settings.
Additional Information: I offer sessions online in both French and English.
My approach is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in current neuroscience and contextual behavioral science.
I have over 30 years of experience supporting individuals in educational and psychosocial settings, including neurodivergent populations.
I am particularly interested in the intersection between chronic pain, emotional processes, and learned neural patterns, and in making ACT-based approaches accessible to a wider audience.
