Steven completed his Masters in Psychospiritual Studies with a Certificate in Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto.
Steven has a devoted interest in working with individuals facing issues related to life purpose, boundaries, confidence, anxiety, self-awareness, internet dependence, procrastination, goal setting, depression, self-development, and men's issues. While Steven works with people of all ages and genders, he specializes in working with adult men.
Steven's approach is based on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, existential therapy, and informed by his own experiences. His blend of a cognitive behavioral framework and an existential emphasis enable an approach that is conscientious, collaborative, and customized to each client.
