ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have received specialized training in third-wave behavioral therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I completed certified training with DBT Iberoamérica and Behavioral Tech, and I am currently pursuing a Master's program in Contextual Therapies and Clinical Sexology (EDECA, Spain). My training integrates cognitive-behavioral foundations with contextual approaches, and I continuously study ACT literature and attend relevant scientific events in the field.
Additional Information: I am interested in becoming actively involved in the ACBS community, especially in Latin American or Spanish-speaking SIGs. I plan to present my doctoral research on therapist emotional experience and regulation within contextual therapies in future ACBS events. I also provide teletherapy services in Colombia and aim to promote contextual approaches through psychoeducation and professional training.
