ACT/CBS Background and Training: I was introduced to ACT during my undergraduate psychology studies through a formal university course. I am currently enrolled in a Postgraduate Diploma in Contextual Behavioral Therapies at CEFTEC (Mexico), receiving training in ACT, FAP, and RFT. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychotherapy Strategies from ADIPA (Chile, international program). My learning is ongoing through clinical supervision, peer networks, and continuous reading. My approach is framed by feminist and decolonial perspectives in psychology.
ACT/CBS Experience: I have approximately one and a half years of clinical experience applying an ACT approach, working with adolescents and adult women addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, and social vulnerability
Additional Information: I have participated in a FONDECYT-funded academic project at Universidad Austral de Chile, focusing on cultural and identity-based practices in education. I’m interested in the intersection between contextual behavioral science, social justice, and community-based interventions. I bring a Latin American, gender-conscious perspective to my work and seek to build international connections within the ACBS community.
