ACT/CBS Background and Training: I initiated my training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) during my master's program in clinical mental health and school counseling in 2011. Over the past decade, I have completed numerous additional trainings as a practitioner, including courses in ACT with Exposure, and specialized training for ADHD, neurodivergence, and anxiety. As both my clients' needs and my skill set have evolved, I remain committed to practicing ACT across multiple states and am a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider.
